Have you got an image of a period Metal Corps Badge or Insignia that is not provided by any main stream sutler?
Send me your Badge or Insignia image with as much detail as possible in the image and what size you would like it made into. Depending on the piece I will get the artwork made up; either through converting the image into black and white art to be made into a metal plate and cast in pewter exactly as it appears in the art work or I will utilize a digital designer to make a 3-D rendering of your project and then get my manufacturer to produce it for you...then possibly cast in pewter if applicable.I will correspond with you until you approve of the image to be made and discuss all production options and costs with you as we go.* Price of $45.00 is for initial project start cost. The difference to be paid either in installments as costs arrise with the final to be paid before the completed piece is shipped.Decide on what quantity you would like and I will determine a quote for the entire order. (More than one piece is better for price per piece made)Once the order is placed I will send the artwork out to be produced into your badge or insignia.Option: For an extra fee,When applicable: Choose from Colored Metal Plating or Bare Pewter (Silver).Plating Options:Nickel (Dark Silver), Copper (Dark Brown), Bronze (Light Brown Brass Color), or Gold. (See pic above) ** Please Note:Color Metal Plating is listed from least expensive to most expensive.Plating Process takes time and depending on the size of your order my take 1-3 additional weeks for completion.Option:If you would like a period style pin back attached to the back of your piece for wear, select PINBACK.*Note: Pin will either be a premade period style pin or will be made by hand out of either silver or gold colored wire and attached to the back of your badge vertically for wear with a clear industrial adhesive so as to not damage the badge itself.Once completed I will ship your order to you asap.All items produced as Custom Corps Badges or Insignia by The Badge Maker will be made available for public purchase after being produced as a custom order unless otherwise agreed upon between The Badge Maker and the original purchasing customer. Any cancelation of a project will stop production and all payment made up to that point will be non-refundable. Terms and Conditions (Please Read)
All orders placed with The Badge Maker, LLC through www.civilwarcorpsbadges.com will be fulfilled in the order they are received and will be treated as private commissioned projects between the customer and the seller.
Shipping of purchase to the customer will be regarded as ASAP level of necessity and the cost of which will be predetermined, and covered by the customer.
If for any reason a conflict of any kind occurs regarding your order you will be notified immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will be willing to work with you until your purchase is to your liking.
If you are totally dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns will be accepted and you shall be refunded the full amount paid for your purchase once the item purchased has been returned in perfect condition to The Badge Maker. If the condition is less than perfect the return will be null and void and no refund will be issued. If the condition is acceptable, the original shipping cost will also be refunded, but the cost of the return shipping must be paid by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order your must do so within 24 hours of the date of purchase. Any cancellations of orders requested after this allotted time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the original order cost to which the remaining 50% from the total order will be refunded to the customer.
Customer's personal information will be held in confidence and used only regarding business transactions between the customer and The Badge Maker.
* NOTE that all items produced by The Badge Maker are subject to being photographed and those photographs will be posted to The Badge Maker social media pages, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
By committing to your purchase you the customer are agreeing to all the above terms and will not over escalate any issue between yourself and/or those associated with you in any way and the seller: The Badge Maker.
